Dollhouse Beauty & Business Mentorship Organization was founded by Darla Thompson in 2022.

Darla is a mother of one child and a successful business owner in the city of Compton. With her 10 years in business and 7 years with a brick & motor location, she chose to share her story, experience and mentorship to help develop others who have the same aspirations of becoming a business owner.

MISSION

Dollhouse Beauty & Business Membership Organization’s mission is to gather sponsors, supporters and funding to allow this training program to be free to all trainees. We will train, educate and prepare all trainees to go out in the world, work and develop a career. We will train hands on with live models and Doll heads. We will teach marketing and business development, along with this we will provide indefinite mentorship upon completion to make sure students are successful and have full support as they transition into the work field.

VISION

Dollhouse Beauty & Business Mentorship Organization’s vision is to create a strong minded business individuals who will also receive a certificate of completion, with resources of locations to do a externship at a salon. I want to share my story, and expertise in the beauty industry and help our youth feel adequate enough to follow their dreams, and be successful in life. As a successful business owner, I built my business from ground up alone. This is my way of giving back and sharing a free blueprint to success.
